By now I am certain you have heard of the flooding that occurred last week in the sanctuary of Vision Church @ Christian International leaving at least $100,000 in uninsured damage (we don’t live in a flood zone so didn’t have coverage for this loss). Something I haven’t mentioned is that during our New Year’s Eve service this year I saw a vision. I wrote the following the first week of January:

“I had a vision during our New Year’s celebration where I saw a rising floodwaters. I knew what I was seeing was not a destructive evil flood, but a flooding of God’s glory into the earth. Everywhere the flood water touched was revived, rejuvenated and restored. It was like the Claritin commercial where I viewed the earth through a dull film which was then stripped away leaving things crystal clear. I believe this release of God’s glory will bring forth the Awakening and Revival that we have been crying out for. Lord, show us your glory!”

So we have had a growing sense of excitement here at CI. This is certainly part of God’s prophetic process for us and for those who are crying out for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. The flood waters were a fulfillment of prophecy in our prophetic house. We believe this is a sign that God is baptizing the whole prophetic movement and His prophetic people with rivers of living water from heaven! This is not robbery…..this is renovation and rejuvenation! It is Revival and Restoration! It is a manifestation of the release of the glory of God in our territory. Even now, the effects of the Gulf Stream Revival are sweeping through the panhandle of Florida! God is on the move! Momentum is building! One thing I know for certain: God always loves to take a mess and turn it into a miracle!

The flood is a symbol of God’s mighty hand. The scriptural symbol of the flood is used as a destructive force as it was the instrument used to destroy a wicked world in the times of Noah. But after that time God gave the rainbow as a sign of covenant that He would never use this destructive force against the earth again. Isaiah 59:12 is translated in the NKJV this way: “When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of The Lord will lift up a standard against him.” In this translation the flood is attributed as the tactic of the enemy and The Lord then rises against him. However, upon closer examination a more accurate translation would be (note the comma placement), “When the enemy come in, LIKE A FLOOD The Spirit of The Lord will raise up a standard against him!” Whoa! What a difference! NIV says it this way: “For He will come like a pent up flood that the breath of The Lord drives along”. So we see that the flood is actually a prophetic sign of God arising against our enemies! It is a time of victory for his people! It is a time God is fighting for us!

The flood is also a symbol of God’s blessing. Isaiah 44:3 says “For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring.” Psalms 66:12 also says, “we went through the fire and through the water, but you have brought us out to rich fulfillment.” God wants to quench our thirst! He wants to bless our generations with the reality of his presence and power! He longs to bring us into rich fulfillment!

Get ready for a season of prophetic fulfillment, a time of the glory of God being demonstrated, and a time of tremendous victory for the people of God! Momentum is building! Lord, open the floodgates of heaven!

It was a time similar to the birthing of the Prophetic at the Wednesday night during our International Gathering of Apostles and Prophets in 1988. It so happened that our birthing of the Apostolic was on the Wednesday night of the IGAP in 1998 after Dutch Sheets had preached. Dutch asked me to come to the platform and pray and release the Father Heart of God to the people. After five minutes of praying I saw a vision of an angel bringing a great big flaming heart and placing it inside my chest. I went to my knees in intercession and for the next twenty minutes there was a birthing of the Apostolic within myself and CI. In 2007 we had a Saints Movement birthing at the Watchman Intercessor Assembly. Now in 2010 we have had the birthing of the Third Reformation.

Years ago I asked the Lord what is CI’s position and membership ministry within the Body of Christ. He said we were positioned and commissioned as a womb in the Body of Christ. We conceive the revelation of the new moves of God and then are pregnant with it for a period of time until God’s preordained time for birthing. It is now time to nurture the new child and help it grow to maturity and prophetic fulfillment. I believe that we are now to start receiving what God promised we would receive as those who worked with Him to propagate His Third Reformation purpose. God promised unlimited wisdom, power and financial resources to fulfill His purpose for the Third Reformation.

Those who plan to fully participate need to read my new book that brings the revelation of the Third Reformation, what it takes to fulfill and the time period it will cover. The book is titled Prophetic Scriptures Yet to be Fulfilled During the Third and Final Church Reformation. At the bottom of the front cover two statements describe more: “Kingdom Demonstration for World Transformation” and “The Church Fulfilling the Seven Mountain Mandate.”

On Sunday, August 23, Pastor Robert Gay typed a text message prayer to his wife, Stacey, that awakened their newborn grandson, Josiah Gay.

At birth, Josiah was grey and not breathing. Doctors had resuscitated him, yet he still would not breathe.

“They could not get him to respond. He was lifeless,” Robert said. Josiah’s birth was six weeks early, after his mother’s uterine sac ruptured. His umbilical cord had a full knot in it.

“Statistically, less than 1% of babies are born with a full umbilical cord knot,” explained Robert. “And less than 1% of those survive vaginal delivery.”

Robert’s wife had been sending him text messages from the delivery room with updates of the baby’s condition when she heard one of the nurses use the word “still” in reference to the baby.

“She texted me ‘He’s not breathing’ and ‘We need him to cry, Pray,’” Robert said. “I immediately texted her back, ‘In Jesus’ name, breath’” Robert responded with a text message of faith, and the result was miraculous.

Baby Josiah awoke crying just as the sound of Stacey’s phone ringing alerted her to Robert’s text message.

“God had performed a miracle,” Robert said, but that was only the beginning of Josiah’s miraculous recovery.

Parents Joshua and Miranda were told their baby was very sick, according to Robert. On a health scale of 0-10, with 0 being dead and 10 being full health, Josiah’s score was 1.

“Doctors said he would be in the hospital until his original due date, October 4^th,” Robert said. But within 10 minutes of his first health score, Josiah received a second health score: a score of six.

“We had a group of about 25 people in the waiting room praying in tongues and interceding,” Robert said.

Josiah’s health score finally rose to an 8, and he left NICU after only six and a half days, according to Robert.

“The doctors kept commenting on what a miracle he was,” Robert said. The delivery doctor said to Roberts’s sister-in-law, with tears streaming down her face, “This is a miracle because cord babies like this don’t live.”

To his parents and grandparents’ delight, Josiah was brought home on exactly the same day his father Joshua had come home 24 years earlier.
